Greeting

Beginning with the opening address by Mr. Moriya from METI, "Open Technical Forum 2015-2" presents an opportunity for attendees to learn about 1)IoT, Cyber Physical System 2) Open Platform3.0 (cloud, bigdata,wireless, SNS....).
In accordance to Moore's law, super microminiaturization and cost down of IoT realize versatile applications with big value in the science, society, business and living environment.

According to CISCO's forecast 50B IoT creates over 14 trillion economic effects in 2020.
In this forum we would like to learn on how the company and industry can use IoT potential with Open Standards and High Dependability.

In regard to the tangible applications, based on TOGAF as well as O-DA, we would like to discuss the trend of IoT Cyber physical system, Industry 4.0 and the standardization trend of Platform such as Open Platform3.0, and the way to go for Japan from the global view point.
In the panel discussion, representatives from IBM, Fujitsu, defense business, and sensor businesses, will discuss about value and risk of security on IoT.

This forum would offer much value to the attendants such as a person in charge of new business, CIO/CTO in end users in public, transportation, manufacturing, distributing, information service industries, embedded system suppliers, and architects.
